Investor switching statement

The switching transaction of participation units of Reksa Dana Manulife is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the prospectus, including deadline for processing the transaction.
In switching transaction, investor will redeem all or parts of his/her holding in participation units of the existing Reksa Dana Manulife and use the proceed to subscribe to another Reksa Dana Manulife.
Investor should understand that switching transaction contains risks which may arise from redemption all or parts of participation units of the existing Reksa Dana Manulife and subscription of the new Reksa Dana Manulife, including the risk for losing the initial fund being invested. Therefore, investor must consider the risks involved including the risks factor due to subscription of the new Reksa Dana Manulife.
The switching transaction process and the fees which may incurred will subject to sequence of transactions based on FIFO method (First In First Out) method as described in the prospectus.
The switching transaction can only be made between Reksa Dana Manulife with same currency.
The fees incurred from the switching transaction will be borne by the investor (if any).
Investor agrees that transaction of Investment Product is conducted based on information outlined in prospectus or disclosure document and Investment Product summary information provided by Investment Manager (PT Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia). There is no offering document of the Investment Product in other form which is not in accordance with the regulatory requirements offered and/or promised by Investment Manager (PT Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia) to investor.
Investor understands that prospectus or disclosure document and Investment Product summary information Reksa Dana Manulife provided in this website is the official offering document of the said Reksa Dana Manulife product managed by Investment Manager (PT Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia).
